Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should be a maximum of 350 words. The word count does not include the title, author names and affiliation
- All abstracts must be submitted in English
- Indicate whether you are submitting for an oral presentation or poster presentation
- Select theme:
- Physiology, diseases and genetics
- Climate impact
- Ungulate species interactions and management
- Diet choice and food availability
- Moose management and monitoring
- Moose and forestry
- Movements and habitat use
- Predator-prey interactions
- Governance, management and attitudes
- Life history strategies
- Conservation technology
All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the conference’s Scientific Committee.

Formatting Requirements
- Title: Use a clear and concise title that reflects the content of your research.
- Text: Structure your abstract with clear sections for background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions, where applicable.
- Figures/Tables: Abstracts should not include figures, tables, or references.
- File Type: Abstracts should be submitted in plain text via the online submission form.
Presentation Guidelines
If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to present your work in one of the following formats:
- Oral Presentations: Presentations will be 10 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Poster Presentations: Posters should be A0 size (841 x 1189 mm)
